EASY ANY PIE FILLING COBBLER
This cobbler is so easy to make. It can be made with any flavor pie filling. I make this when hubby wants a "nice" desert and I don't feel like "making" one.

- Combine flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Stir to combine but don't overmix; batter must be of pouring consistency. If batter is too thick, add more milk.

- Remove melted butter from the oven and sprinkle pecans over top. Without mixing or stirring, pour batter over the pecans, sprinkle with brown sugar mixture, and carefully pour hot water over top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.

BABY "PIE" OR "COBBLER"
This is so easy and babies love it. I use whatever fruit I have on hand: bananas, peaches, blueberries, apples, pears, or a mixture - you get the idea. I whirr up some graham crackers in the food processor and always have crumbs on hand. As your baby gets older, add in cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. to taste.
