Flayed Man Cheese Ball Recipes

Steps:

• In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir the dried chipped beef in butter until evenly browned.
• In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese, horseradish, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and pepper until well blended. Mix in 2/3 of the beef. Roll into a ball.
• Roll the ball in the remaining beef and the Cheddar cheese. Wrap in plastic and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.

Steps:

• Combine the cream cheese, cheddar, Brie, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. With an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until incorporated. Add the parsley and continue to beat on low speed until just combined. Form the mixture into a ball and refrigerate until set.
• While the cheese ball sets, coarsely chop the pecans and spread on a rimmed plate.
• About 30 minutes before serving, remove the cheese ball from the fridge. Roll the ball in the pecans, pressing them firmly to the ball, until completely covered. Let soften at room temperature for 30 minutes. Serve.

Steps:

• In an electric food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Blend well. Add Cheddar cheese and process until the Cheddar is fine, but still very visible. Shape the mixture into balls or logs. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and place in the freezer.
• While the balls are in the freezer, combine the ground pecans and parsley in a shallow bowl. Remove the balls from the freezer and roll them in the pecan and parsley mixture.
