FRUIT AND SOUR CREAM COLESLAW

This is a little different than the usual coleslaw, but very good and easy to prepare. Prepare ingredients ahead of time, then put the salad together whenever you wish. For a more traditional coleslaw you can omit the grapes and pineapple and add 2 teaspoons of celery seed. From Jo Ann Merrill.

TRIPLE FRUIT COLESLAW

A sweet & sour version of coleslaw that has been a big hit with my family & friends. I found this recipe in my local newspaper and adjusted it a bit to meet our needs. Prepared recipe makes about 12 servings. **Update 2/10** Once I read the review I realized I should have stated that due to the fruits within this coleslaw - it truly does not store well after 2 days. Adjust servings as needed to meet your needs.

CREAMY COLESLAW

SOUR CREAM COLESLAW

I love coleslaw, and this recipe is the result of combining several others...along with a few innovations of my own. The sour cream gives it a unique, smooth flavor, while the carrots make it sweet and give it a pretty orange tint. This is a great, refreshing salad to have alongside any grilled meat (or piled high on a hamburger). Cook time is chilling in the fridge.
