Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl; mix together peach pie filling and blueberries and spoon onto bottom of a prepared 8-inch baking pan.
  • Sprinkle cake mix over the top.
  • Drizzle melted butter over cake mix and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  • Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
  • Variations:.
  • •Use apple pie filling and spice cake mix.
  • •Use blueberry pie filling and lemon cake mix.
  • •Use any pie filling combined with any cake mix.

2 (19 ounce) cans peach pie filling
2 cups fresh blueberries (optional)
18 ounces yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake image

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Add the peaches with their juices, the cinnamon and 1 teaspoon salt to the baking dish. Stir to combine. Top evenly with the corn muffin mix and then the brown sugar. Dot evenly with the butter.
  • Bake until golden brown and set, about 45 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes. Top with the pecans and serve with ice cream.

Nonstick cooking spray
Two 15-ounce cans sliced peaches
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Kosher salt
Two 8.5-ounce boxes corn muffin mix, such as Jiffy
3 tablespoons light-brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, diced and chilled
1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Vanilla ice cream, for serving

My hairdresser who is also a very good friend of mine had a client come into her shop one morning with this apple cobbler. Well of course it spread like wild fire. Once you make and eat it you will see why. The can fruit is your choice. I have tried apple - cherry - peach - blueberry and my preference is apple.

  • 2. Pour pie filling in bottom of dish. Spread cake mix over top of pie filling. Add slices of butter on top of cake mix.

  • 2. Melt butter in 9x5x3 glass loaf dish(or small square baking dish).
  • 3. In a bowl combine Flour, sugar,baking powder, milk and vanilla.Pour this mixture over the melted butter.
  • 4. Arrange the can of fruit and it's syrup over batter.
  • 5. Bake until batter is brown (30 min).Batter will rise to the top making a cobbler.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine peaches, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly, and pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Blend in butter with your fingertips, or a pastry blender, until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in water until just combined.
  • Remove peaches from oven, and drop spoonfuls of topping over them. Sprinkle entire cobbler with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake until topping is golden, about 30 minutes.
