Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sift together the all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.
• In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla, until well blended. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. • BAKE for 16 to 18 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs and the tops have a cracked appearance. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.

• Stir in chocolate chips.
• Pour into a lightly greased pizza pan.

• Once the cookie is cool, you may decorate the cookie using a piping bag or hand held decorator.
