PASSOVER PEACH AND PINEAPPLE FARFEL KUGEL
A flavorful, easy to make, delicious kugel. Serve hot. Reheats well. Can be used as a side dish or a dessert.

Steps:
- Place farfel in large bowl and pour 1 cup of boiling juices, that were saved, over farfel, drain and cool.
- Beat eggs. Add sugar and margarine. Beat again.
- Add egg mixture to farfel.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Pour mixture into a greased 7 X 11 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.

- preheat oven to 350 Place farfel in colander. Pour boing water over farfel drain and set aside. Drain peaches and reserve liquid. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Beat in margerine, sugar, vanilla farfel and reserved liquid. Cut in several peach slices. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Place remaining peach slices on top pressing down slightly into batter to prevent burning. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
