WEIGHT WATCHERS TACO SOUP
My husband and I are using the Weight Watcher point plus system to loose weight (so easy). There is a free App on I-phone to scan all foods and it tells points for that food. I counted points for this soup and came up with this. 24 1/2 cups in this soup, 13 1/2 cups with 63 points and 11 cups free(0 points) an average of 4 to 5...

Steps:
- 1. Brown hamburger meat, drain and put in crock pot. Slice onion and put on top and add all other ingredients and mix well being careful not to crush the beans.
- 2. Set crock pot on low for 4 to 6 hours. ***FREEZES GREAT: Divide into servings, freeze and when ready just take out of freezer and straight in microwave. no need to defrost..

This is an easy low calorie soup, which makes an excellent lunch. Also, I recommend adding hamburger seasoning to the Ground Turkey while browning to add some flavor.

- Brown the meat and onions and drain.
- Mix ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix into the meat.
- Without draining, add all other ingredients.

WW TACO SOUP (WEIGHT WATCHERS)
This is a slightly different version of Taco Soup for Weight Watchers. It has no meat so it is actually a vegetable soup. We served it for my mother in law and paired it with a salad and some rolls for the rest of the family. It was yummy. One caution it is spicy for some so if you don't like it spicy get the corn without the chilies. We used Lawry's taco seasoning and Hidden Valley Ranch ranch packet for the best flavor. We have no ties to them but love their products for this. It is warm and makes a lot of soup. We served 4 adults and two kids. Got this on a internet site awhile back. It is yummy but remember to JUDGE IT AS A WEIGHT WATCHER recipe because if you went hog wild with ingredients with more fat and calories it could be even better. Enjoy ChefDLH. I believe this soup is only 1 point, but check to be sure. I have seen all kinds of variations of this recipe but none that are vegetarian. My whole family loves this one. We add a couple of Fritos to top, a small tab of sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese.
